1.Product Description
Filler master material is composed of carrier resin, filler and various additives, of which filler is the main component, up to 90%.
Filler master material is mainly used to produce polyolefin plastics such as polyethylene and polypropylene. Such as: polyethylene hollow blown products, polyethylene injection products and polyethylene film, polypropylene woven bags, woven cloth and binding belt.
The general filler master material manufacturer should consider its good performance and low cost when choosing the olefin filler master material. Fillers used by filler master material manufacturers are mainly heavy calcium carbonate, followed by talc, kaolin, wollastonite powder and other inorganic fillers. For any inorganic filler, particle size and particle size distribution are important technical indicators. Generally, the smaller the particle size, the narrower the distribution, the better the filling effect.

The resin should be stored in a drafty, dry warehouse and away from fire and direct sunlight. It should not be piled up in the open air.

During transportation, the product should not be exposed to strong sunlight or rain and should not be transported together with sand, soil, scrap metal, coal or glass. Transportation together with toxic, corrosive and flammable substance is strictly prohibited.
